When JFS2000 Ltd was formed it was with a combined knowledge of flooring of over more than 60 years. This experience covered both the commercial and domestic floor market. When deciding to specialising in the Interlocking tiles and mats this experience was invaluable.
Up till JFS was incorporated no company had specialised in the UK with Interlocking Tiles in EVA or other type interlocking mat and tile market. Up to that time sales and items on offer were generally one off, at a price. By specialising JFS has been able to offer continuity, quality and a point of contact.
All the EVA products are recyclable, our internal waste is also recycled through local arrangements and our other products are being closely looked at to ensure they are also environmentally correct.
By purchasing in quantity, carrying large stocks in our own warehouse this enables a quick and efficient service. Most items are despatch within 2 to 3 working days from point of payment, or sooner if an account is held.
The areas of use for the products are very wide ranging, in fact frightening so, many uses have been found that we never envisaged. Examples of the norm are Sports, such as Martial Arts, Gymnastics, under sports and exercise equipment, this latter use especially in relation to Children's play equipment and play areas both indoor and out. For this reason we have had the mats and tiles tested for child fall height. (See page relating to this via info bar).
Personal use at home on hard flooring such as laminates gives baby a warm and safe start to crawling and having their nappies changed. Not to count professional nurseries and child minders. Then onto alphabet flooring and games for fun learning. All this and more in the education sector as well as the Health sector. Not to count boat fenders and dive mats and bottle holders.
Along with these uses we have a die cutting service and can produce specialised products such as the feet and paws. Ask and we will quote.
Basically we believe in personal service and contact even if it is initially through IT in the form of the Internet. We have expansion plans and welcome any approaches from retail wholesale and agents to assist in these plans.
Making a Purchase - could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept most cards, Visa and Master card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. NO DETAILS OF YOUR CARD OR OTHER SENSITIVE INFORMATION ARE HELD ON OUR OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER COMPUTER NOR DO WE PASS ON ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO ANY OTHER PARTY. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Out of Stock Policy. - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and no payment will be taken until the goods area actually ready to despatch.
Payment Terms. - Goods dispatched on confirmation of Payment other than those with an authorised account.
Credit Card Security. - When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site and are cleared immediatly after the order and payment has been confirmed.
Privicy Policy -JFS2000 Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Shipping & Handling - Other than regular accounts with credit the majority of items are dispatched within 2-3 working days from time of payment to mainland UK
Rather than have set prices for delivery out of Mainland UK we will quote on request for delivery prices out of this area. The reason for this is we can tailor the cost to the product and the quantity rather than have an expensive one only delivery cost.
